- -Works closely with s to understand overall needs and requirements (Description, salary, timing, expectations, etc.)
- -Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications
- -Search potential candidates through resume banks
- -Seek referrals from potential talent and internal employees/recent hires
- -Develop and manage strong consultative relationships with hiring managers and candidates
- -Contact potential candidates for pre-screening and interview via email and cold calling
- -Solicit and document hiring manager and candidate feedback throughout the interview process
